I'm not saying there was fraud; but I'm not saying there was no fraud in the 2020 US Presidential Election. What I am saying is the volunteers verifying the legitimacy of the mailed in ballots were probably not Certified Forensic Document Examiners nor did they receive adequate training in Forensic Handwriting Comparison. This leads some people to believe there were duplicate, forged, and fake ballots that were counted, recounted and recounted again. Nobody questions pole workers ability to count paper ballots using scanners; just the legitimacy of those mailed in ballots. Unfortunately, the connection between the envelopes and ballots was lost during the volunteer vetting process. Future elections will be questioned until every district scans and digitizes every mailed in ballot envelope when received and assigns a tracking number to that file. After the mail in ballot deadline and before the envelopes are opened to scan/count the so-called votes, the digitized file information is loaded into an IBM Summit Supercomputer. That supercomputer could check and compare each envelopes file then flag any that had duplicate identification/location, a none registered voter, a deceased voter, a mismatch signature, etc. Then a committee of humans could retrieve those flagged mailed in ballot envelopes using tracking numbers and determine if they should be included in the count or thrown out. It will take time and money but this American would not mind seeing part of his tax dollars used to prevent another country dividing election. But elected officials may be hesitant to use technology to prevent fraud because you don't plant flowers in a cemetery if you are are afraid of what you might uncover.
